創業者の早川貴広は、日本・北海道を拠点とするソフトウェア開発者です。認可を受けた障害者就労支援施設の職員としての実務経験を持ち、ケア記録、個別支援計画、法令遵守といった業務を、利用者と向き合いながら自ら担ってきました。

その経験と開発力を組み合わせ、介護・福祉分野向けのウェブプラットフォームやAI支援業務アプリケーションを設計・提供してきました。現場で何が面倒で、何が省けないのかを知っていること ― それが当社のプロダクトの出発点です。

事業は福祉分野にとどまらず、そこで確立したAI活用と業務自動化の技術基盤を、経理・業務改善・コンサルティングへと広げています。

Takahiro Hayakawa is a software developer based in Hokkaido, Japan. He has hands-on experience as a staff member of licensed disability employment support facilities, personally handling care documentation, individual support planning and regulatory compliance while working directly with service users.

Combining that experience with development capability, he has designed and delivered web platforms and AI-assisted business applications for the care and welfare sector. Knowing which parts of the work are tedious and which parts cannot be skipped is where our products begin.

The business is not limited to welfare: the AI and automation foundations established there now extend into accounting, business improvement and consulting.
